Charlie has been a practicing real estate law since 2003.  Charlie focuses on the representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions with extensive experience of drafting and negotiating contracts. He communicates with buyers and sellers throughout the entire process, so they are fully aware of what to expect from the time they are financially pre-approved, until the deal is closed and the deed is registered with the county.  He will also educate his clients on the importance of title insurance, timing, taxes, and make sure they understand what the closing fees will cover and go towards.
